Since 1965, Karadeniz Ereğli, Zonguldak—one of Türkiye's leading flat steel production centers—has been among the cities at the heart of the country's industrial development. Located at the center of this strategic industrial growth, Çemsan Demir Çelik began its operations in 1967 in the Ereğli district of Zonguldak.
Our company was founded under the leadership of Hasan Bakkaloğlu and Tangür Bakkaloğlu to manufacture steel strapping and buckles for Ereğli Iron and Steel Works. As one of the region's earliest industrial ventures, we proudly hold a place among the first industrial establishments in Ereğli.
With the changing dynamics of industry and ongoing technological advancements, our company evolved into a Steel Service Center (SSC) in the 1980s and became a pioneering organization in this field. Today, we operate on a total area of 38,000 m², of which approximately 24,000 m² is covered production space, with 14 production lines. We provide steel sheet processing services in the desired quality, dimensions, and form for a wide range of industries, including automotive supply, packaging, machinery, construction, elevators, heating and cooling systems, furniture, and household appliances.
