Since 1965, Zonguldak / Karadeniz Ereğli, a major producer of flat steel products in Turkey, has been one of the cities where the heart of the industry beats. Located at the center of this strategic industrial development, Çemsan Demir Çelik began its operations in the Ereğli district of Zonguldak in 1967.
Established under the leadership of Hasan Bakkaloğlu and Tangür Bakkaloğlu with the aim of manufacturing packaging straps and buckles for the Ereğli Iron and Steel Factories, our company holds the distinction of being one of the region's first industrial initiatives. In this context, we stand as one of the pioneering industrial establishments in Ereğli.
Adapting to changing industrial dynamics and technological transformations over time, our company acquired the identity of a Steel Service Center (SSC) starting in the 1980s and made a name for itself through its leadership in this field. Today, we operate with 14 production lines across a total area of 38,000 m², of which approximately 24,000 m² is enclosed. We provide steel sheet services in desired qualities, dimensions, and forms to numerous sectors, particularly the automotive sub-industry, packaging, machinery, construction, elevators, HVAC (heating-cooling systems), furniture, and white goods (home appliances).
